Sue is a successful holistic health and wellness coach who primarily works with women over 40. She helps them to lose unwanted weight, balance their hormones, and find their lost energy so they can start to feel like themselves again. She is passionate about finding the right lifestyle balance for each individual client so that they can make small, life long changes without depriving themselves of the foods they love or spending hours in the gym. Her holistic health pillars are food and exercise; longevity and emotions; and self-care.
Sue operates her business out of her house in Summerside, where her and her husband have lived for over 10 years.
